The Painted Ladies are just kinda there. Right Across the street from Alamo Square which is a very nice park where people come to walk their kids and their dogs. The ladies are shown in TONS of openings to shows that are filmed in SF - Full House for one - and if you get up on the hill in Alamo Square, you can see downtown behind them like in our picture of them:) They are pretty - but I have to say I have seen prettier houses than these;)
This is the Lei I got for Valentines Day - along with 2 cd's I've been wanting and a VERY CUTE Stewie Shirt (from Family Guy) - Someone loves me:)
We had V Day dinner out at an historic Steak House in SF called Alfreds.
The Good or bad news, depending on what day you talk to me, is that we are switching apartments. Our tiny little apartment happened to be on the first floor right near the alley where the garbage guys come in at 4 am and we can hear them taking the LARGE cans from inside our basement outside - inch by inch very early - so we talked to MGT and they are letting us move upstairs - which is great for our ability to sleep! The downside is that if we thought our current apt was tiny, this is even tinier - so we are giving up a little living space for a full nights sleep - but we are looking forward to "moving up" :)

I'm having a hard time figuring out what I want to see as there seems to be so much to see. The Painted Ladies is where the family in Mrs Doubtfire lived. Awesome!!!!
